OCT/28 2009 münchner medientage 2009 client: ventuz Ventuz Technology attended the Münchner Medientage congress and exhibition with their own stand on the ICM exhibition in Munich. For this we were asked to help out with some new and innovative applications to display the possibilities of Ventuz. On a 4.10m x 1.70m wall of seamless plasmas, different gadgets such as a live stock- and weather feed, an application of live internet news, a video application and an earth application which could rotate and zoom a 3D model of the earth in real time were shown. These could be triggered and navigated through a radarTOUCH that sensed motions and gestures and at the same time through an interactive holo touch. In addition, an interactive tower built out of four touch plasmas showed some videos of previous works done with Ventuz, a live twitter application and some interactive 3D models. All in all, the stand was a huge success and definitely an eye-catcher within this exhibition.
